I just placed an order on your website. How do I access my purchase?
As soon as your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with your download instructions. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder—sometimes it likes to hide there! (A quick search in your email’s search bar can help, too.)
If you created an account at checkout, you can also access your purchase by logging in here: My Account.
Still having trouble? Feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help! 😊
I purchased an item on TPT and am having issues with downloading the product.
If for some reason you are unable to access your TPT download, please visit the FAQ page or submit a help ticket for a quick, helpful response from TPT! You may also send them an email at support@teacherspayteachers.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Since all of my products are digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds—there’s no way to return a digital item once it’s been downloaded. I totally get that purchasing online can feel like a leap, so I do my best to provide detailed product descriptions and previews to help you feel confident before you buy!
I can’t edit the product I purchased. Please help!
Fonts and clip art are not editable due to licensing/copyright. However, I try to embed fonts when possible and also often provide blank templates so you can add your own clip art! To edit the templates, you must have an updated version of PowerPoint®.
Printing Tips?
I LOVE HP Instant Ink for printing classroom decor affordably at home. I use the HP Photo Envy 7155 printer. I print on 65lb. bright white cardstock.
You can change the size of the image by playing around with the print settings (FILE>PRINT>SCALE or FILE>PRINT>LAYOUT>HANDOUTS for printing multiple images on one page).
You can go to File > Print > Advanced and check the box next to ‘Print as Image’ to get a higher quality image.
My product is not printing correctly. How can I fix it?
All of my resources are designed to print on standard 8.5” x 11” paper. If your file isn’t printing correctly, here are a few quick things to check:
- Make sure your printer settings are set to “Actual Size” or “100%” rather than “Fit to Page.”
- Double-check that you’re using the latest version of Adobe Reader (it’s free and often helps with formatting issues).
- If you’re still having trouble, restarting your printer or trying a different device might do the trick!
Since every printer is different, I recommend reaching out to your printer’s help desk or support page for troubleshooting specific to your model. I wish I could help with every printer issue, but unfortunately, there are just too many variations out there!
Hope this helps! 😊
